Most of our 2005 guest hunters are rebooking for our La Palomas trips this fall because they know Las Palomas is a Can't Miss Mexico dove shooting adventure. Quail, Ducks, Geese Hunting... August - October
The beauty of Las Palomas is that...with the wide variety of game birds on the LaGuna Madre you can go where the best action is. And there is plenty of it! You will arrive in McAllen, Texas with an overnight there. The next morning you will be met and transported to the lodge for lunch and an afternoon shoot. The following days you can choose all day quail, geese or duck hunting. Departure for McAllen, TX. will be after a morning hunt and lunch.
The 2006 season has been terrific...plenty of ducks, 35 quail covey days are back! Trip Costs from $2,480.

Mexico Duck, Geese Hunting... Nov - Jan. Well known for it's fine lodging, food, guides and outstanding wing shooting. Primarily because it is located smack on the Laguna Madre in the middle of the largest redhead duck population on the Continent... estimated to be in excess of 3 million birds. Excellent pintail ducks, widgeon, teal, snow, speckled belly and lesser Canadian geese shooting from comfortable pits/blinds over decoys. Shallow draft boats, radio communications assure a problem free duck and geese hunts. On most hunts, our groups have limited out on a wide variety of ducks and geese. Los Patos offers the same fine lodging, food and guides as it's sister location, Las Palomas, is even closer to the hottest waterfowl action and a short drive from McAllen, Texas.
