North Riding Point Grand Bahama Island Home of the BIG and PLENTIFUL BONEFISH where 7-8 pound bonefish are not uncommon in the wadable saltwater flats or from the super skiffs. Conveniently located on the south side of Grand Bahama Island, just 20 minutes from the sites and sounds of Freeport. North Riding Point is a beautiful setting with a remote three mile long, white sandy beach known as Burnside Cove. There is
easy access
to miles of pristine wadable saltwater flats filled with exciting above
average bonefish. Specially designed 16-ft. Dolphin Super
Skiffs. Each boat has a padded U-shaped leaning post on the casting
deck, a center steering console, two seats for anglers in front of the
console, automatic trim and tilt engines. Most of the bonefishing is
done from a skiffs as it is poled across the flats by the guide.
However, in certain areas the flats are hard sand and the wading can be
first rate.   Guests will stay in the deluxe private
cottages which are nicely spaced along the white sand beachfront
offering breathtaking
views of the Carribbean.
Local taxi service provides transportation to and from the airport. However, if you prefer, there are several car rental companies in Freeport and taxi service is available through two or three major companies, as well as privately owned and operated cabs. |
